Kimberly S. Grant, Director

Kimberly S. Grant became a director in July 2017. Ms. Grant is the Chief Executive Officer of Nando’s PERi-PERi USA, where she leads the beloved South African brand’s continued overseas expansion.  Nando’s is a South-African-born fast casual restaurant group with more than 1,200 outlets in 21 countries.  The Nando’s USA business is 100% company owned and runs restaurants in Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, Illinois, Georgia, and Texas. Ms. Grant previously served as the Global Head of Restaurants and Bars for Four Seasons Hotels and resorts from 2022 to 2023, as the Chief Executive Officer of ThinkFoodGroup, a Michelin recognized restaurant group from 2014 to 2020 and as President and Chief Operations Officer of Ruby Tuesday Inc., from 1992 to 2013.  Ms. Grant earned a Master of Science in Banking and Financial Services Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Thomas Edison State University, and she has attended various board governance executive education programs at UC Berkeley School of Law, Stanford Law School, and Harvard Business School while a director of Performance Food Group.  She is the  Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance committee.
