Kimberly S. Grant, Director

Kimberly S. Grant became a director in July 2017. Ms. Grant is the former Global Head of Restaurants and Bars for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.  During her tenure at Four Seasons, Ms. Grant served as the chief executive leading the company’s multi-billion food and beverage line of business with oversight of 621 restaurant and bar outlets within 127 hotels and resorts and 46 residential properties in 47 countries. In addition, Ms. Grant is a co-sponsor and advisor of FAST Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company which successfully completed a business combination with Falcon’s Beyond (FBYD) on October 6, 2023. Ms. Grant previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of ThinkFoodGroup, a global hospitality management company from September 2014 to April 2020 and as President and Chief Operations Officer of Ruby Tuesday Inc., from 1992 to 2013. Ms. Grant earned a Master of Science in Banking and Financial Services Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Thomas Edison State University, and she has attended various board governance executive education programs at UC Berkeley School of Law (ESG), Stanford Law School, and Harvard Business School while a director of Performance Food Group.
