*Effective November 19, 2025, the Board of Directors of Performance Food Group Company approved revisions to the company’s Code of Conduct (the “Code”). The Code was revised and updated to, among other things, reflect current best practices and improve accessibility. Changes to the Code include, among others, (i) revisions to the conflict of interest provisions, including updates to the process for pre-approval for outside board seats and revisions to the illustrated examples of conflicts of interests, and (ii) additional provisions relating to food safety and artificial intelligence.
