Jeffrey Overly has served as Director since 2013. Mr. Overly most recently served as an Operating Partner at The Blackstone Group. Before joining Blackstone in 2008, Mr. Overly was Vice President of Global Fixture Operations at Kohler Company. Prior to that, he served 25 years at General Motors Corporation and Delphi Corporation in numerous operations and engineering positions. Mr. Overly has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters in Business from Central Michigan University. Mr. Overly currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sona Comstar, traded on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India, and has held prior roles at various Blackstone portfolio companies.
