Ms. Brown became a director in June 2024. Ms. Brown currently serves Whirlpool Corp. as its Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the company’s Global Information Technology function, a position she has held since November 2020. Brown has been in information technology leadership for more than 20 years, most recently serving as CIO at Brunswick Corporation after a 16-year tenure at DuPont. Dani previously served on the board of the PRA Group (Nasdaq: PRAA), and Corewell Health, a non-profit healthcare system. Brown holds a BS in computer science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as a master’s degree in management information systems from Penn State and an MBA from Drexel University. She is also a Six Sigma Black Belt.
